A New Post Composing Menu (Updatedx2)

So I just set up this new editing menu.  I guess it's supposed to be easy.  You can check out how to handle things differently here.  So far I like it.  It's pretty nice.  It keeps automatically showing the Edit HTML tab when I start a new post, which I don't mind, but I'll set it up to compose for you guys.  You no longer have to see the html when you upload an image.  It actually shows it to you.  When you click on it it will give you a small menu underneath it where you can change the size and placing.  You can also drag it around to wherever you want it in the post, including indent left, right or center.  It also has a new preview mode.

Pretty slick.

Update: So if you want to make the jump (more) come out, you still have to use the Edit HTML tab.  ORrrrr, you can use the last button on the menu.  How easy is that?

Update 2: So, let me know if the new menu comes out for you.  It isn't for Lisa.

PS  Eleni, there will be no emasculating TripleChimp... got that?

Twilight Video Game

Hello all. I am posting this not only because it is funny, bbuuuuutttt.... Lisa sent it to me. Yes believe it or not I am slowly but surely making Lisa into a gamer. She has resisted all the way but I am making progress. Started with Carcassonne, then Beatles Rock Band, which didn't last by the way, and my next challenge with her is CoD:MW2. Yeah I know, it's going to be tough, but she is the one that asked me to help her.

Just kidding, she hates that game.

The Giz just put this youtube vid up. Not sure if you read that blog Efren, so I am placing it here. I'm a little pissed about what this shows. I would have never suspected it. I don't know if I should be impressed by the actors seeing as how they make it super believable, or by the editors amazing ability to make it unnoticeable. There is only one scene where I immediately thought, that's fake. That's only one out of who knows how many countless examples. Did you know about this?

Soooo, I know I should be studying, and I am. Getting sick of it actually. But I thought I would share with you what is going on outside my window. Also, yes I know, I haven't showered. As a matter of fact I won't be showering until around 4:30, thank you. Why? Cause that's when Lisa gets home.

Second Airbender Trailer

Heres a new Airbender trailer. I have to say, although the little snippets of acting aren't amazing, they sure seem darn good enough. I'm super excited about this movie and get more excited with every trailer. Also, the more I see the tattoos the more I like them What do you think, Efren?

Commander Gorgo UPDATE

Heya guys and gals! As the first draft of my script nears completion, work on Commander Gorgo continues on schedule. Three weeks ago we had a few people over to the house to work on the Silicone Rubber mold for Gorgo. A few undergrads were in attendance, as well as grad school friends and Prof. Jim Glavan (he worked in the Henson Creature Shop for over 10 years!). I asked a photographer friend of mine to swing by and document. Here are his pics:

The Last Airbender Super Bowl Trailer SUPER AWESOME UPDATED!!

Here it is, the Avatar: The Last Airbender trailer that is supposed to air during the super bowl. So apparently the reviews of the rough pre-finalized viewings of the movie have been a little rough. I am choosing to ignore that. I doubt that for the most part the people reviewing the rough cut are fans of the cartoon. Maybe they just don't get it. I hope so.

Having said that, this trailer is beautiful. I know Efren and I had originally disliked the way that Ang's tattoos looked. Well, with this nice blue glowing effect I am completely satisfied. The fight scenes look like they are gonna be pretty badass. Not to mention the water bending looked effing sweet.

I can't wait for this to come out.
