Pavlov in Japan?

Although the conditioning is a little disturbing, it would be nice to live in an area where bikes are so common that people are conditioned to move out of the way after hearing a bell. I fear that Dallas will never be that place. This is a great vid, watch til the end where he uses the bell in not so usual locations.
