I wanna go riding.

I'm all for riding fixed. It really is fun and it gets you in shape pretty quick. Going up a hill without being able to change gears sucks. Anyhoo, this video kind of puts things in perspective. Reminds me of younger days with coaster brakes and contests to see who could leave the longest skid mark on the road.

Look where you are going...

This guy is just asking for it. Haven't posted a fixed trick vid in a while. They mostly seem lame to me now. I like to go fast, not do dumb tricks or ride in circles. Having said that, this guy is nuts and deserves a post.

Bootleg Sessions v. 3

So I haven't posted a track bike trick vid in a while. That's because they mostly have sucked recently. Here is a pretty sweet one from the fellas at Bootleg sessions. I get a little annoyed how much importance people put to branding. Then again, I guess I kind of get caught up in it too. I own things or frequent the companies mentioned quite often. Enjoy.

360's to aspire to...

How sweet is this? Keep in mind that this is a fixed gear bike. Wonder if I'll ever get to this level? I don't think Belzerino would like to know that I try this kind of stuff. Haven't fallen on my butt... yet.

Thomas Edison rode fixed!

I've seen this video on several bike blogs, but always figured it was a fake. Well, the more I research it, the more real it seems. I've found some more reputable resources that also claim that it is real. Act like its a matter of fact, actually. Hey Belzerino, see any brakes on that bike? Nope? Didn't think so.

PS I don't think it's Edison on the bike, just his recording.

Bonus vid after the jump. I've got the second problem (in the vid that is).
