Jonah Hex Pic Surfaces

Here is a pic of Jonah Hex's face in the upcoming film. How do you guys think it compares to the comics? I think this movie is going to be sweet. Really hope that Megan Fox doesn't ruin it.

Kind of wish they would've gone a bit ghastlier with Josh Brolin's eye so that it better matched the comic... Awesome, though. Can't wait to see the first trailer for it. Any idea when it comes out?

Not sure when it's coming out. I don't know if I agree with you about making it more ghastly. I think it could have gotten to a point where he would look inhuman or ghost rider like. You still want to believe that he is able to talk. Like Two Face in The Dark Knight. Anyone with that much damage would be in constant pain and have a really hard time speaking, much less give long speeches about why he is pissed about whatever issue.

You want Hex to be a badass not a freak.

I don't think removing the eyelids from his "scar" side would've resulted in too freakish a look. But who knows?! Maybe it'll be done with CG in post-production like they did with Two-Face... If it's something they do in post, then an early publicity still like this one wouldn't have it, ya know?
